Equips learners with the skills needed to respond to a first aid emergency confidently and well informed. It is perfect for smaller or low risk workplaces where a first aid needs assessment identifies the need for an Emergency First aid at Work certificate (EFAW). It would enable staff to be trained to the level of an Appointed Person, i.e., be able to take responsibility for the First Aid in an emergency at work, and to maintain the first aid kit and record book in accordance with Health and Safety guideline. It will help individuals meet regulatory requirements if their work risk assessment indicates that first aid training covering emergency protocols is required for your workplace. Certificates are valid for 3 years. This Emergency First Aid Course aligns with the HSE Guidelines offering a complete range of hand on skills essential for First Aiders in various work settings.
